Novela Pro Solutions was founded after witnessing firsthand how administrative overload was quietly destroying the careers of talented Providers. Providers who entered medicine to heal patients were spending their evenings finishing charts, their mornings clearing prior auth queues, and their weekends catching up on documentation that had nothing to do with why they became providers.
What we built
